Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you total control over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your email boxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the electronic mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
